Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide using express carriers. Global Express Delivery is available on all orders, with delivery as fast as 7 working days from dispatch. Every order includes full tracking so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
What is your return policy?
We offer 14-Day Returns on eligible items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If your figure arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
How do pre-order figures work?
Pre-order figures are reserved ahead of their official release. The expected ship date is shown on each product page. You will be charged at the time of order, and we will ship as soon as the item is released by the manufacturer.
